Senior Social Work Professional

Remedy Social Work is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload and providing expert advice to colleagues and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Case Management: Manage a caseload of complex social work cases with high levels of autonomy, ensuring effective and efficient outcomes for service users.
- Expert Advice: Provide expert professional and technical advice to Social Workers, managers, colleagues, and partners, promoting best practice and informing decision-making.
- Supervision: Provide professional supervision to other Social Workers, supporting caseload management, reflective practice, and continuous professional development.
- Assessment and Intervention: Demonstrate skilled use of a range of frameworks for assessment and intervention, ensuring effective and evidence-based practice.
- Professional Development: Model and support the development of social work professionalism and effective caseload management among colleagues.
- Network Building: Establish and maintain a network of internal and external colleagues to support effective practice and inform service development.
- Court Proceedings: Prepare court proceeding reports and act as expert testimony in Care or Private Order proceedings, as required.
- Panel Processes: Participate in Panel processes, ensuring effective and informed decision-making.
- Meetings and Reporting: Chair professional meetings with inter-agency partners and clients, and produce management information and analysis to inform service planning.
- Team Planning: Participate in team planning and contribute to the delivery of team and service plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Compliance: Demonstrate awareness and compliance with required Standards, including the Social Work Professional Capabilities Framework (Experienced Social Worker level).
- Qualifications: QSW Status, including qualification, Social Work England registration, and completed ASYE.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in social work.
- Right to Work: Right to work in the UK.
- Personal Service: A personal one-on-one service from your highly experienced dedicated consultant.
