About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team at Oxford Health NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient-centred care to adults with mental health challenges
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, assess, plan, and implement client-specific care
  • Manage a caseload of patients, prioritizing their needs and providing timely interventions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient-centered and evidence-based practice
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Relevant professional registration (NMC) and qualification
  • Experience working with people with mental health problems
  • Ability to travel to undertake work and carry equipment relative to the post
