About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mental Health Recovery Coach to join our team at Rethink Mental Illness. As a Community Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering goal-focussed, person-centred support to service users based on co-produced and sustainable recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver flexible support to service users, including evening or weekend sessions as required.
  • Work with the team to offer pathways for individuals accessing the service, utilizing the skill set of lived experience.
  • Travel across Milton Keynes areas to deliver the service.
Requirements
  • Experience of mental health support and recovery coaching.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driving license.
