Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of success in operations management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as required by the business. Salary, holidays, and other benefits are commensurate to the role.

Estimated Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
