Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Servicenow, you will be responsible for driving market success of our Customer Workflows products.
Your primary goal will be to achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan for the UKI region.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Building strong relationships with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solution Consulting and Account Management, to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and approaches.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
