Job Title:

Customer Success Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Director to lead the growth and development of our business within a defined customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business objectives through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work as part of a team to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. P+L responsibility for a defined account or portfolio of accounts leading to the growth of Pilgrims Europe business objectives.
  2. Creation and agreement of Customer Joint Business Plans.
  3. Effective evaluation of promotional performance and developing recommendations to maximise promotional effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to provide solutions to problems.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous bonus scheme and professional development opportunities.
