Customer Success Director
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Director to lead the growth and development of our business within a defined customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business objectives through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work as part of a team to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:- P+L responsibility for a defined account or portfolio of accounts leading to the growth of Pilgrims Europe business objectives.
- Creation and agreement of Customer Joint Business Plans.
- Effective evaluation of promotional performance and developing recommendations to maximise promotional effectiveness.
- Strong commercial skills and experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Negotiation skills and ability to provide solutions to problems.
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous bonus scheme and professional development opportunities.
