Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £28,500 per annum, plus access to our benefit platform which includes discounts and cashback from high street retailers, as well as a company bonus scheme up to 20% of salary.

Job Role

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Baristas, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.

  • Lead and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including labour scheduling, stock ordering, and stock counts.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in retail or hospitality, preferably with experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of retail staff.
