**Job Summary**

Auto Skills UK is recruiting for an accomplished Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

The ideal candidate will possess commercial experience, excellent communication skills, and a team player attitude. A full UK driver's licence is also necessary.

We offer a generous compensation package, including a salary of £35,000pa, which comprises a basic salary of £30,000-£32,000pa, as well as additional benefits.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • To deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • To collaborate effectively with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and a high-quality customer experience
  • To maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
