Job Description:
In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert support and guidance to resolve application-related queries and issues. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to manage customer payrolls efficiently, utilizing your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver best-in-class service.
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
• Create knowledge articles for the help center using Zendesk
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends, product enhancements, and industry developments to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain a positive work environment by developing strong relationships with colleagues and management
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with applications and SaaS products
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an innovative approach to resolution
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building effective relationships with clients and colleagues
• Comfortable adapting to change, staying up-to-date with technology trends and industry developments
