Job Description
As an HR Advisor at Premier Jobs UK, you will be responsible for delivering a range of HR services to support the business. This includes responding to HR policy and Payroll related queries, holding quarterly 1:1's with managers and line managers, and delivering inductions on new starters.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working within a generalist HR department
- Ability to build relationships and coach managers on people issues
- Robust knowledge of HR policy and best practice
- Excellent communication and planning skills
