Employee Relations Manager

Mulberry Recruitment is looking for a seasoned HR Advisor to join their team in Farnborough. As an HR Advisor, you will provide professional internal HR support to managers and employees, promoting the HR function through relationship building and coaching managers to increase their capability and confidence in managing people issues.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement people management programmes and interventions that result in company improvement, sustainability, and profitability.
- To complete all necessary correspondence, documentation, and meetings in accordance with legislative and service requirements.
- To manage the recruitment process for both approved and non-approved employees to minimise risks to the business.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in a HR Generalist role, with a comprehensive understanding of all HR processes and procedures. They should also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum.
