Customer Experience and Quality Improvement Role

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our Process & Quality Implementation team as an intern. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed analysis of Customer Survey responses within the BMW Group Customer Insight Programme, conducting root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement, and preparing monthly Customer Insight reporting and commentary.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. You will also be confident in your communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
As part of this placement, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, developing your skills and knowledge, and making a real contribution to the success of the company.
Estimated salary: £23,700 per annum.
