Senior Business Development Opportunity
A Business Development Manager / Account Manager position has become available within a multinational corporation, offering an exciting opportunity for career growth in a pivotal and expanding function. As part of a major expansion, you will play a significant part in winning high-value industrial consumables, components, and equipment supply chain solutions to manufacturing and construction markets.

Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with the team of New Business Development and Key Account Managers to support them in their efforts to win high-value business deals at senior management and board level. This involves interacting with customers such as COO, CFO, MD, and other key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' operational and efficiency challenges through regular meetings and discussions
- Identify opportunities to win a full supply chain solution involving kitting, vending, KANBAN, JIT supply, and cutting-edge asset management technology
- Engage in a multi-stage sales process to establish credibility and secure senior-level decision maker support
- Build strong relationships with customers at all levels, including shop floor personnel, to drive business success

Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar senior business development, account management, or sales role with a good understanding of industrial or technical components, consumables, and equipment and associated supply chain, logistics, operational, or technological solutions
- Strong ability to communicate, negotiate, and present at board level to address customers' operational and commercial aims, issues, and pain points
- Excellent rapport, relationship building, and presentation skills
