We are recruiting a Commercial Development Manager to join our team in Southampton. This exciting opportunity involves driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with R&D and OEM customers, working closely with our experienced team.

Our company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions, including a range of stock crystals and waveguides, as well as custom chips for demanding customers. We are looking for someone who can leverage their expertise to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

This role offers an attractive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial development strategies to drive business growth
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including R&D and OEM customers

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of commercial development and business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
