Job Description: Hotel Guest Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Hotel Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Process payments and manage billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, resolving them in a fair and reasonable manner.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of hotel services and amenities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests.

Additional Information:

  • Estimated salary: £11.75 per hour.
  • Part-time position with 8-16 hours per week.
