Job Title: Front Desk Ambassador

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at the Philharmonic Hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence.
  • Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest services in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

  • Estimated salary: £11.75 per hour.
  • Part-time position with 8-16 hours per week.
