Role Summary:

We are seeking a Residential Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Our Hard Days Night Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Lead by example, motivating and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all front office transactions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Residential Front Desk Supervisor in a luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.

Estimated Salary:
