Residential Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a Residential Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Our Hard Days Night Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and colleagues alike.
- Lead by example, motivating and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all front office transactions.
- Previous experience as a Residential Front Desk Supervisor in a luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
