Spire Liverpool Hospital is a leading provider of private hospital treatments in the North West of England. We are currently seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the effective, efficient, and quality operation of the hospital's reception team. This includes providing excellent customer service, training staff, and developing customer service standards and policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering QI projects, basic knowledge of hospital systems and processes, and PC literacy in MS Office. They will also be able to work in a multi-skilled environment and have strong communication skills.

The salary for this role is estimated to be £27,810 per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package including 35 days annual leave, employer and employee contributory pension, and private medical insurance.
