Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • Lead and manage a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
