We are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our friendly and efficient reception team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, while also maintaining accurate records and administering administrative duties.

  • Estimated Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 per annum
  • Main Duties:
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
  • Welcoming patients and visitors to the practice
  • Maintaining accurate records of appointments and financial transactions
  • Taking part in recalls for patient health checks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant administrative experience
