About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team in Liverpool on a temporary basis. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Greeting visitors and assisting them with any queries or requests
• Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Coordinating the booking of meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
• Providing administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
• Offering general support to the team as required

To succeed in this role, we require:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
• A professional and friendly demeanour with a positive attitude

A competitive salary of approximately £11.44 per hour is available for the successful candidate.
