Customer Service Liaison

The Philharmonic Hotel is seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join its team. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, resolving them to the satisfaction of our valued customers.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence.
- Promote hotel services and facilities to increase revenue and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette and effective problem-solving.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests and providing personalized service.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Details:
Estimated salary: £23,628 - £31,222 per annum (based on 8-16 hours per week)
