Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with content creators and their audiences.
  • Promote content, products, and services through chat-based interactions.
  • Analyze data to track key metrics and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
  • Experience with CRM software, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
