Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient concerns and complaints through effective communication and negotiation.
- Implement the Trust's Complaints process to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and facilitate the complaints process.
- Deal with verbal concerns face-to-face and on the telephone with sensitivity and empathy.
- Responsible for data entry of all concern/complaints data onto the Datix Complaint System.
- Assist in providing support to patients, relatives, and staff regarding the NHS Complaints Procedure.
- Act in a way that supports and protects patient confidentiality and ensures equal access to the NHS complaints procedure for all.
About the Role:
- Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
