Patient Access Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic administrative support specialist to join our team at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient access services, ensuring seamless communication with patients, clinicians, and staff.
As a key member of our Patient Access and Referrals Co-ordinator team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide administrative support, respond to telephone enquiries, and maintain accurate records. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospital administration procedures, with experience working in a similar role within the NHS or a related sector. You will be able to use your own initiative, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient access services, responding to telephone enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide administrative support, prioritizing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Use your own initiative to resolve issues, make decisions, and implement solutions.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
