Job Title: Patient Access Clerk-Operations Manager
About Our TeamWe are a dynamic team within Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. As a Patient Access Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient flow and registration.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing patient access and registration
- Processing referrals and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
We offer a competitive salary of £25,800 per annum, plus benefits. If you have excellent administrative skills and experience working in a healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- Educated to GCSE standard with 4 GCSE's at level A-C (or equivalent)
- ECDL, CLAIT or IBT qualification
- Experience working in a hospital or NHS environment
