About the Role:
- Take care of guests' reservations and ensure check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services throughout their stay.
- Look after guests in our restaurant and bar, ensuring they receive exceptional dining experiences.
- Promote the hotel's offer and help meet sales targets through effective sales efforts.
