Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to develop their service management skills and contribute to the career development of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate the development of one or more specific areas across a directorate within the division of surgery.
  • Be responsible for the performance management of one or more specific areas within the division of surgery.
  • Ensure the achievement of activity and budgetary targets for one or more specific areas in a directorate within the division of surgery.
  • Advise and support the Directorate Manager in the planning and organisation of a directorate within the division of surgery at the Oldham Care Organisation.
  • Lead one or more relevant improvement projects around service development.
