We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication, issue resolution, and account management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve client satisfaction.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and enthusiasm, we offer a competitive salary of £24,255, increasing to £25,000 upon successful completion of training and probation (typically 6-9 months). Additionally, you can enjoy:
