The UK Employee Experience and Relations team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Labour Relations Specialist to support Operations in the UK and Ireland.

This role requires a professional with significant labour relations experience, deep subject matter knowledge, and strong emotional intelligence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Amazon employees at all levels to identify, address, and resolve concerns through mechanisms like listening sessions, focus groups, conflict resolution, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Design and deliver positive labour relations training and communications.
  • Conduct, analyze, and action plan from multiple levels of employee feedback and other data to drive and sustain positive labour relations.
  • Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive labour relations.
About the Role:

This is a full-time position that could require significant travel up to 50% of the time over the course of the year.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
