Job Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and experience, working closely with management teams and people operations to drive success. With a focus on employee relations, you will provide expert guidance on performance management, redundancy, disciplinary, grievance, and appeal meetings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to management teams, navigating complex employee relations cases and providing practical solutions.
  • Leading performance review cycles, ensuring seamless execution and manager development.
  • Collaborating with occupational health and group income protection policy teams to proactively manage long-term or repetitive absence.
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of the HR function, driving engagement initiatives and growth within the team.
