Corporate Employee Benefits Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Employee Benefits Advisor to join our team at Mercer UK. As a key member of our Employee Benefits team, you will be responsible for advising SME clients on all aspects of insured benefits relating to Private Medical Insurance, Group Risk, and overall employee wellbeing packages.
About the Role- You will deliver exceptional service to your clients in a timely manner, meeting MMB's target operating model.
- Engage in complex client portfolio management, renewing and reviewing schemes, and writing new business.
- Work with diverse clients and industries, providing innovative employee benefits solutions.
- A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, up to 4 days flexible bank holidays, excellent pension contributions, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, and more.

Requirements- Previous client service and sales experience within a professional office setting, with a track record of meeting and exceeding key performance indicators.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team player, establishing good rapport with both clients and colleagues.
- Experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, and/or Healthcare products.
- A deep understanding of the wide range of products offered, including group risk, healthcare, and various wellbeing options.
