We are looking for a highly skilled Paralegal Advisor to join our team at Johnston Carmichael. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in company secretarial roles, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring statutory registers are kept up-to-date, monitoring Companies House daily, and providing support for more ad hoc complex corporate services.
