Corporate Governance Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our Governance & Company Secretarial team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Our team is the largest in Scotland and provides a comprehensive service to clients internally and externally.
As a Senior Governance Advisor, you will be responsible for drafting documents relating to incorporation of companies and limited liability partnerships, Board support, and Minute taking, with direct contact with our clients from day one.
Our Governance & Company Secretarial team works closely with colleagues in other specialist areas, and we take pride in providing a high-quality service to our clients. We are looking for someone with previous experience within a similar role or relevant qualifications to kick-start their career within this dynamic area of the law.
