**About the Role**

The EngineeringUK team is seeking an Employee Relations and Diversity Manager to support our operations in the UK and Ireland. This position requires an individual with significant experience in employee relations and labor relations, deep subject matter knowledge, and strong emotional intelligence.

About You

  • You have a proven track record in crisis management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • You possess strong communication, influencing, and networking skills.
  • You are skilled in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint.
  • You are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Bonus Requirements

  1. Master's degree in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  2. Experience in an employee and labor relations strategic role with a focus on pan-EU coverage.
  3. Experience supporting large hourly workforces highly desired.
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Amazon employees at all levels to identify, address and resolve concerns through mechanisms like listening sessions, focus groups, conflict resolution, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Design and deliver positive employee relations trainings and communications.
  • Conduct, analyze, and action plan from multiple levels of employee feedback and other data to drive and sustain positive employee relations.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

Location: London, UK (with possibility of remote work)
