About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Inclusion & Diversity Lead (part time). As part of our Trading department, you will play a vital role in maximising sales and fundraising targets while promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store commercially including display and merchandising, stock management, and shop standards.
  • Supervise a team of paid colleagues and volunteers, providing training and induction as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with Cancer Research UK policies on Health and Safety, Safeguarding, security, administration, HR, and Sustainability.
  • Foster relationships within the local community, both within CRUK and externally.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
