Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on employee benefits solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing benefits packages to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with insurance partners to negotiate favourable terms and conditions for clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your own portfolio.
Requirements
  • Previous employee benefits experience, preferably in a professional office setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Group Risk and/or Healthcare product knowledge.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team player.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment.
