The Payroll and Benefits Specialist will oversee payroll processing, pensions management, HMRC compliance, and employee benefits within the Firm. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payroll payments, tax compliance, and maintaining employee records related to compensation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll, pensions, and HMRC compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a payroll administrator or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated salary range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
