Job Summary:
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
- Liaise with warehouse and retail stores to resolve order discrepancies.
- Collaborate with delivery companies to investigate delivery/return issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage difficult conversations.
What We Offer:
- $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
