Employee Relations Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at 2i Testing. In this role, you'll provide expert advice and guidance on employment matters, including performance management, absences, and disciplinary procedures.
You'll work closely with management and employees to resolve conflicts and provide support on various HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. We offer a range of benefits, including private health care, flexible working arrangements, and access to mental health and wellbeing services.
