Client Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Liaison Specialist to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a key representative of our clients, you will be responsible for visiting their premises and conducting various activities related to gas and electricity supply.
Responsibilities:- Collecting and processing customer data, including meter readings and vulnerability assessments
- Conducting site visits and negotiations with clients to resolve issues
- Preparing and executing necessary documentation to facilitate payment
- Executing warrants to secure payment or access when necessary

To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A valid full UK driving license
- Standard working hours: 8am - 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday; 8am - 5pm, Friday
- Previous experience in debt negotiation/collection, customer service, conflict resolution (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, indoors and outdoors
- Exceptional spoken English skills
- Capacity for quick decision-making and judgement
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £26,500, based on the location and responsibilities involved.
