We're currently looking for a skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and help our customers achieve their goals.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients. You'll work closely with our sales teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You'll also be involved in creating and implementing customer-centric initiatives to drive engagement and loyalty. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers and help them feel valued and appreciated.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
