We are looking for a highly skilled Community Engagement Liaison to join Xad Technologies LLC, a company established in 2006 with expertise in Telecommunication, IT Networks, Managed Services, Staff Outsourcing, Fleet Management & Security areas.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  1. Updating management systems within specified timescales and delivering results within contract requirements;
  2. Liaising with operational teams to ensure projects have the necessary documentation and notifications for commencement;
  3. Collaborating with project managers/Supervisors on project progression;
  4. Utilizing customer service or community relations experience to enhance engagement;
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software to generate reports and analyze feedback data.

Our estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
