About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our sales operations in the region, focusing on new equipment sales, particularly in building entrances and secure automation solutions. You will engage with end-users, contractors, and façade consultants to build meaningful relationships that lead to successful long-term partnerships.

You will provide accurate sales forecasts and develop growth plans to increase quality project-related enquiries. Additionally, you will conduct site surveys, develop solution specifications, and work closely with estimators to offer tailored solutions to our clients.

As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will represent our company at industry events, fostering relationships and acting as an ambassador for our brand.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in business development and sales, preferably within a construction environment
  • Confident and experienced in conducting site visits
  • Ability to communicate technical information precisely to both internal teams and external clients
  • Comfortable with speaking and delivering to large groups
  • Confident in using CRM systems and proficient with MS Office
  • Motivated by hitting targets, with a proactive and consultative sales approach
