About the Role

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Ward Administrator for Haematology Wards and Main Reception.

This is a varied role that requires excellent administrative and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Ward Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Haematology Wards team, including admitting patients into our patient information system, uploading medical documents, and providing administrative support to all clinical staff.

You will also be required to work at the Main Reception, providing customer service and administrative support to patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Admitting patients into our patient information system
  • Uploading medical documents and clinical correspondence

Requirements
  • GCSE level or equivalent, including Grade C or higher in English and Maths
