We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our Oncology & Medical Ward at The Wellington Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing excellent leadership to our nursing team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, with experience in managing a team of nurses and healthcare assistants. They will also have advanced nursing knowledge and skills, particularly in the administration of SACT.

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Professional Development: Supervise, mentor, and provide learning opportunities for junior staff members. Conduct performance appraisals and support team development.
