About the Job:
">We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) for a dynamic role as Deputy Ward Manager at our esteemed mental health hospital. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
">Salary: Up to £56,784 per annum, depending on experience
">Location: Commutable from Guildford

Requirements:

- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN) or (RGN)">
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals">
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK">
- Strong experience in managing a team, monitoring the ward and monitoring staff performance">
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse, in the UK">
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach">
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate">
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice">
