Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to Trust policies and procedures.
  • Lead risk assessments and develop strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
  • Supervise and appraise staff, providing mentorship and preceptorship as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Mental Health Nursing qualification and degree.
  • Extensive experience working with people with complex, acute mental health needs.
  • An awareness of NHS priorities and clinical governance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this role is £44,606 - £53,619 per annum, plus a High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,551 and a maximum payment of £5,735). We look forward to hearing from you if you are interested in this exciting opportunity.
