Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated nurse to join our orthopaedic ward and outpatient care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice standards.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation, adhering to NMC and hospital guidelines
  • To have knowledge of and adhere to ward and hospital policy and professional standards
  • To provide excellent, evidence-based nursing care for patients, assessing their needs and planning, implementing, and evaluating their care
