Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Administrator Coordinator.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the ward team, ensuring seamless patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Patients and Staff: You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and are directed to the appropriate areas.
  • Liaising with Clinical Staff: You will work closely with clinical staff, responding to their requests and ensuring that patient needs are met efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will assist in achieving trust and ward quality and efficiency standards, ensuring accurate Epic data entry and completing necessary documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Basic understanding of healthcare principles and practices, including patient confidentiality and data protection.
