Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Administrator Coordinator.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the ward team, ensuring seamless patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.
As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Patients and Staff: You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and are directed to the appropriate areas.
- Liaising with Clinical Staff: You will work closely with clinical staff, responding to their requests and ensuring that patient needs are met efficiently.
- Administrative Tasks: You will assist in achieving trust and ward quality and efficiency standards, ensuring accurate Epic data entry and completing necessary documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
- Clinical Knowledge: Basic understanding of healthcare principles and practices, including patient confidentiality and data protection.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:
